1. Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. International duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: Next business day (selected locations only)

Please note: Processing time is 1-2 business days before shipment.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping (excludes express and overnight options).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment in real-time.

5. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other government charges may be applicable. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the listed shipping cost.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at contact@melanylab.com with your tracking number. We will investigate and work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

7. Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an address change is needed, contact us immediately before shipment.

8. Signature Required

Some international shipments may require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package.
